It is possible that the CPU limit due to has it all. In my 1GB video card, the graphics are set to low does not intervene.
The minimum CPU requirement: 2.66 GHz Athlon X2
I Athlon II X3 3.30 GHz have and the 20 FPS the mean.
Patrolling or competition 15-20 fps and bouncy, choppy the main sound & the music too!!!

I am well above the CPU Limit. I have the Intel Core i7 2630QM 2.0GHz (Turbo boost up to 2.9GHz).
I really am sad I spent so much cash for this game and it performs so poorly on my laptop. I wish I could get a refund...
