The frame drops low at 10-21 fps in some areas, in order to get playable framerate at 27 to 30 fps, I have to be at the desert-like map with highways. When it drops, it happens after coming out of hideouts and some stupid places where it shouldn't even be dropping. At some hardcore locations like in the forest with the leaves flying the game gets 30fps but at some bright scenes like the farm-barn area it gets 15 fps until I start drifing then 30 fps. The first race was stupidly laggy. This computer has over the minumum requirements for gameplay and look how **bleep** this is

MacBook Pro running Win 7 64 in BootCamp
2.2 GHz Intel Core i7 (Quad Core)
8 GB DDR3 @ 1333 MHz
AMD Radeon HD 6750M 1024MB
I'm running the latest beta drivers (13.11), the game wouldn't even load with the previous drivers. I have all graphics settings set to low and effect options off. The game is always lagging like it's in slow motion. I haven't been able to do extensive testing because I find it far to frustrating - after 5 min of play I'm swearing at the computer. I have no audio issues except that the sound is always ahead of the graphics by about 2 seconds.
