PhysxLoader.dll missing (With AMD R9 280x GPU)

Actual game: Need for Speed Shift 2 (the site does not even have the game listed).

I just bought this game via Origin and downloaded it (6GB).

When I try to run it via Origin, I get this error:

"The program can't start because PhysxLoader.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

My GPU: Asus AMD Radeon R9 280x

Battlefield 4 works 100%...

Any ideas? I saw there is some 'PhysX' installer in the game directory, but it has Nvidia's name all over it... I don't have an Nvidia GPU...
