Platinum Car Pack and Story Mission Pack

Will both of these be available for future purchase, or only obtainable by pre-order?

@TireMeltingRSX Well I'm sure a Golf Cart is more your speed in NFS since you want a slower car.

As for how others play why are you criticizing them?
