Could you please reply to this thread (Choose File during reply) with a dxdiag? That will allow me to take a closer look at your system - your issue might not be connection related.

Here it is. Hope you can solve this problem. I bought this game yesterday and i'm dissapointed because of this ☹️ My network works really great. I don't think my network is the problem.

I installed first time on HDD and after on SSD but nothing changed, same problem. Now I have problem with NOS. Is not recharging. Too many bugs ☹️

Are you getting any in-game pop-ups that you are experiencing a bad connection?
I checked your dxdiag and while I can't find any additional errors, you are either just on or below the minimum specs for the game which can cause issues. You can get a good indication about how your system will run the game via:

I would also advise to restart your router (unplug it from the power for about two minutes) to check reset your connection.

No, I don't get any in-game pop-ups for a bad connection. I've restarted my router and nothing happened. I play on high without lag. I've tried to play on low but same problem. So disappointed..
