Players not moving correctly when i'm near them

When i'm near a player, he's spinning around or he's not moving. If i'm far away from them they appear on map moving. When i'm close to them they stop moving. I tried with my friends and they don't h...

Are you getting any in-game pop-ups that you are experiencing a bad connection?

I checked your dxdiag and while I can't find any additional errors, you are either just on or below the minimum specs for the game which can cause issues. You can get a good indication about how your system will run the game via:

I would also advise to restart your router (unplug it from the power for about two minutes) to check reset your connection.

No, I don't get any in-game pop-ups for a bad connection. I've restarted my router and nothing happened. I play on high without lag. I've tried to play on low but same problem. So disappointed..
