Community AdminHi, if you're still encountering this, can we check a few things?
What are you missing? Do you still have your level and story progress, but your bank and cars are gone?
Can you post your platform and the account name/gamertag/PSN ID that's affected?

PC Player here, add me to the list of players losing all cars, cash, ultimate parts....profile still reads lvl 50 but everything ive earned is now gone. Probably wont play again for awhile or until this is fixed. ShadowfoxGT1 is the GT

Yeah I’m missing my progress as well. I wanted to join online but I was having issues connecting to it but then eventually I managed to join in a session, then as soon as I joined in.....my money gone, all my cars gone and even my character has changed....please can you help retrieve my profile back.

I am missing 28 cars, and all my money. I am still level 50 and all the races in the map are still unlocked. Now i have no money and only the 4 deluxe edition cars.
I lost 1.25 million and 11 levels (49 to 38) so I was set back about 11 hours
