Please update your AMD Radeon driver

Hello guys, I have a problem with Need for Speed (2015). I wanted to play NFS so I installed it today. BUT every time i try to start the game it shows the following message: Please update your AMD ...

I have the same Issue..On Radoen R9 Nano

Screen's go black then the monitors "turn off" black screens and then error msg pops up.
