@Splopes1 I can suggest you turn every setting to low besides TAA on 1920x1080. Also use rivatuner and lock the fps to 30 with ingame vsync on. If your game is located on the 1TB Harddrive you should install defraggler and right click games installation folder defraggler > defrag. Your laptop gpu is pretty weak. And is your laptop thermal throttleing? If so I can suggest replaceing the thermal paste on the cpu and gpu.
