Possible Account Hacking on Steam and EA

Hi, I am facing an issue where I installed Steam and purchased NFS Heat, but when I try to play it from Steam, it shows a message asking to send a code to an ID that is not mine. I believe my ID has...

No one here can help you with this problem, you need to contact EA Support, only Support can resolve account issues.

  • The link to EA's Support is here.
  • In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
  • Click on "See all Help Topics"
  • Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
  • Click "Continue without logging in"
  • Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us" 
    (EA help Guide.)
