Pr points not rising after higher level part rebuild???
I just used a bearing on a 3 star blue ecu unit anb my pr only went up 1 point, but the bearing allowed me to rebuild to 4 star after doing so my pr remained the same. Why?????

There is a LOT messed up after this last update. I'm not surprised. Suddenly all the cars you race against are WAY more powerful.
