Prestige app is locked, even thought i completed all events

prestige app is locked, I compered the game but is still locked. Please help

    hi there i had this problem too! all you have to do is complete a quick race and after it you should get a phone call from travis! after that do one more race second phone call will unlock it for you 🙂

At which point you tell Travis to stick his DLC, and play a proper racing game like Forza or Driveclub.
