Problem preolading NFS

Hi there, as the title says I have problem preloading the game. It is already 13th and I still can't preload the game (I don't have the option to do it), I have already posted a similar post on spain...

Thanks man, I'm really mad, this is unacceptable. I don't think that tomorrow I will even have my game launched :/
