Problem with loading to Main Menu in Need for Speed Rivals

I need help with this game, Right after i press the Enter button then after the Intro Movie when it is loading to Main Menu it hangs then lags then a Warning message says that Need for Speed Rivals has stopped working and the only option is to click the close program...

I need serious help because Need for Speed is my Favorite EA Game....

I found this to be case when my monitor was '3D enabled' and set at 120Hz .. I dont know if this will be the same for you but disabling 3D and returning monitor to 60HZ did for me.
