when i write product key it write the key is not true why??? i want to play online plz send me key.

Is it the first time you are redeeming this key or did you play the game before using this same key?
A key product can only be redeemed once, if you've already redeemed that key it's then linked to your Origin account.
I am wondering if you are logged to the correct Origin account, if not that would explain why you are not able to see your game.
