Hello, thanks for responding, yes it's still happening. I tested it by creating a new user and deleting the game with all its updates. I installed it and paused the updates to see if that was the problem, but I noticed that it does the same thing, so I deduce that the problem is with the game and not the updates. What I noticed when I logged in with the new user are two errors and I think the problem is in the disk since it has some scratches

Community ManagerHi @cfaebdd56fd117f3, Ahh if you have a physical disc it's possible that's where the issue is starting. Do you happen to have access to another copy to test on your console?
@EA_Illium That's not my problem, and I'm afraid of spending on the digital game and that this will continue to happen, but hey, I'll take the risk, I'll get the digital format and try it, I hope it works, thank you very much for the response
