Progress lost
My account for my need for speed heat was completely wiped out and it took my back to the first mission once you get into the game and I would my all my progress back and all the cars and money back

As a fellow player that had a similar experience, I can tell you that nothing can be done. You can maybe try contacting EA Help, but most likely you will be wasting your time.
