PS4 - NFS : RIVALS CE-37732-2 CANT INSTALL ERROR

Hi @MungkeTurk. CE-37732-2 is a Playstation error code. 

Here is the solution listed on their official support website:

Downloaded data may have been corrupted during the download process

Suggestion 1: Step 1: Delete the content from Home Screen. Step 2: Restart the system. Step 3: Re-download the content from the Library.
Suggestion 2: If the error occurs again, review your local network settings. You can try change to a static IP and/or change your DNS server connection.
Suggestion 3: If the error occurs again there may be an issue with the PS4's hard drive (HDD).

• If you're using the original HDD, Go to [Settings] > [Initialization] > [Initialize PS4] and try the PS4 initialization.
• If you have previously changed the HDD, try using the original HDD. Suggestion 4: If none of these suggestions resolve the error, please contact SCEA for additional technical support.

If those are the steps you have already taken it seems you will need to contact their customer support.
