PS4 - Ultimate Racer Pack - SRT Dodge Viper DLC?

I noticed that the PS4's Loaded Garage DLC pack was supposed to contain the Ultimate Racer pack which included the SRT Dodge Viper but for whatever reason, it doesn't any longer. I was looking online...
