PS4 - Ultimate Racer Pack - SRT Dodge Viper DLC?

I noticed that the PS4's Loaded Garage DLC pack was supposed to contain the Ultimate Racer pack which included the SRT Dodge Viper but for whatever reason, it doesn't any longer. I was looking online...

Thought you aluded to it (and not in just the NFS posts), If I am wrong then I am sorry. One Question for you completely off the subject, but what is the difference in a "look out" and a "keeper" on the right side of the post?
