Ps4, boost/turbo not working

Noone of my cars turbos are working anymore Since the new patch. Example: my elite tuned aventador cant go over 250 kmh unless i use NOS. Any fix?

    Can you test with another controller to see if it is that causing the problem?

PS4 BUG: Turbos stopped working. Will only work when hitting nitrous or in reverse. Boost gauge at full negative the entire time and fully modded car is SLOW. The turbo will glitch in and out of working as you can see in the video and while watching the boost gauge.

I've tried this with 4 cars now, rebooted, deleted game and reinstalled, latest updated version as well as latest firmware on PS4 Pro.

Seen bug on Aventador, Skyline R34, S15 and older Porsche 911.
