Yeah I fully understand that when people can get toxic and it's time to send them a pink slip and fire them from my crew.
I'm 48 years old and I also won't put up with other people's drama.

@BLVD69 Exactly, life has enough stress as it is and the majority of people that play games, are playing them to chill and get away from reality by doing something they enjoy. Unfortunately toxicity is becoming worse in online games nowadays which is sad to see. I remember back in the day where you could go into a lobby, ask if anyone has a mic, get multiple replies which most of the time would lead to teaming up and therefore new friendships we created.

Exactly, I fully agree with you on all your points you made.
As a Crew Boss I prefer polite, kind and knowledgeable player's.
I have had hired players that started off good but later became toxic due to giving them higher rank control as they advanced in my crew.
Unfortunately, when there egos got to big I was forced to either down their rank or if things didn't work out Is let them go.
I also can't stand loud people yelling in my headphones.
Another thing I won't put up with in my crew is a foul mouth.
People get two warnings and on their third warning they get a pink slip and banned from my Discord and Official Website I built for my Crew. LOL😂
