PS4 Manual?

The insert say that the manual will be located onine at https:/help.ea.com/tag/manuals but I am not able to find it.  Can someone pleae advise where I can find it to download.

I am a total novice when it comes to PS4 games, and would love to be able to cross reference things I don't understand with an Index, and also, most importantly, instructions on how to play.

I've tried googling and YouTube, but there's nothing for the absolute basics of the game. I'm 68 now, and don't have the time to fart around.

Any advice appreciated.
