PS4 NFS heat doesn't save

I'm not sure if or how well this has been covered but every time I load up NFS heat I have to start from the very beginning of the game (even have to accept the terms and conditions again) and I don't seem to be able to find any information at all about what is happening about it, I got the game 2 weeks ago and immediately had this issue and nothing I do seems to work even if I play while disconnected from the internet as I thought it could be a sync issue and having paid £70 I'm finding this rather irritating

    My game does not save either, I have had it happen twice within the past week, got up to level 10 and I shut my PlayStation off and reopened the game to find that nothing was saved. I can see all my data saved, but it will not load in game and has me accept the terms and conditions again, difficulty, and puts me all the way back to level 1. I still have no answers and it’s very irritating.
