thank you, it’s very underwhelming knowing you know how the gaming industry works with their shady business practices, it’s better to fill the casuals and spread awareness because their blinded and still support this kind of practice.
Just an hour ago, I spoke to Sony customer Service team regarding NFS Heat issues. I asked them to refund me £60 which I paid for on 7/11-19 for Digital standard edition. Since I was being very cautious, I didn’t want to buy it on launch date and wait for full reviews but due to my friends being so hyped up about it, I made my mistake. It’s fun game but...
the lady on the phone went through few steps and ask me if done and gone troubleshooting and safe mode. I told them I have already done it went through it 5 times and lost lots of game data.
they asked me to provide images via email. I have full report with videos on here, unfortunately I couldn’t send them videos.
hopefully Sony refunds my payment. I will update this comment if anyone wants to know more.
i hear it’s difficult to get refunds from Sony, but this is my first time doing so, and this is the first game I ever experienced to completely screw up my enjoyment and console.
