Puerto Rican Flag (Need for Speed Heat)
I notice that there is no puerto rican flag decal in the need for speed heat video game. Can someone please tell me why this is.

I'm wondering the same as well... 😡
they could have added it before leaving the game non-updated, now there no way, but in nfs unbound we could email them to added it to nfs unbound if the npc info is puerto rican then they have to add the flag.
