Purchase problem in NFS No Limits

I have purchased "Cut price Monthly Gold Card Offer" in Need for Speed™ No Limit. It was 80% off. Now, I'm interested will that take money from me only once or every day/week/month? How works that...?

 How can I deactivate that? I thought it was one-time purchase...is ti? HELP PLS!!

    No. You must purchase "Monthly Gold Card" every month again. You can't subscribe to "Monthly Gold Card".
