purchased game is not showing library neither having return option

i purchased game ( need for speed rivals ) from ea.com on 28-01-2024 and it not showing in my library, I am not able to open it neither I am having any return or refund option on my purchse , i dont ...

I can see on the screenshot that the purchase you made was for the Need for Speed Rivals: Complete Edition Bundle Pack.

That DLC pack requires Need For Speed Rivals to play.

I believe that i made mistake for buying pack without full game, so am i eligible to return my purchase and get my full refund??
