The only thing I get from tier to tier is more ammo. no upgrading on tech. no helicopter or road blocks except on tier 4 cops, and racers only have stun mine, shock wave, and ES field. Only have EMP on tier 4 racers ant tier 3 & 4 cops. That is all I have, no upgrading on any of it, just more ammo on the higher tiers!
So you're saying that there are upgrade options, and they give you more ammo, but you never get any new pursuit tech? That is quite strange. Can I ask; you say that the upgrades give you more ammo, but do you notice any increase in damage done to cops/racers when you upgrade them?
I have seen spike strips from other player cops in tier 4 cars that cover the road from one end to the other, but mine do not. the ESfield definately gets stronger as does the shock wave. havent noticed a difference with shock ram on cops. Helicopter and road blocks are worthless/sloppy and easy to avoid. So yes, with more ammo there is an increase in the strength of the tech. You just cant upgrade lower tier cars with the stronger tech.
