Question about ea play and need for speed heat

On the PlayStation store with “ea play” if I was to get that then I’d get “need for speed heat” for free right? But when the subscription ends I won’t be able to play it right?

So in saying that if I was to get “ea play” then “need for speed heat” then get the “deluxe edition upgrade” seeing as that costs money when the “ea play” subscription ends would I still be able to play “need for speed heat”???
