Currently playing the game on PS4. Is it possible to transfer my progress from the console to the PC?

Want transfer from PC to Xbox :'D - EA_Atic
I want corss-progression for nfs heat as-well since i have an Xbox with the game and the game on steam on my laptop.
NFS Heat never supports cross save.
Have you found out how to do it?
