can you get the blue prints and parts from an event if you play it to 78% and lost too meny time to finish it. 

And i also want to ask. 

If the answer is no. Then why the hell is there an event for.  That event must be atleast 14 days long to complete every thing. 

And why dont you give a vip level 3 to all the users that play the game for more then 4 years
