Race Component Parts
Was anyone able to complete this race? I'm trying for 2 days now with the Aventador, but it seems impossible..

- Same here, been trying for ages with multiple cars all of which are maxed (apart from the parts unlocked from Amy's missions after Component Parts), so frustrating!! There seems to be many others out there with the same issue, most seem to have only won it by luck of the other racers crashing. This is the only genuinely tough race and has a randomly high difficulty spike! That 180SX is just flat out and glued to the race line, but too OP!
Took me about four or five tries today with my 911 GT3 RS, and it's not even equipped with all of the best parts yet (not trying to brag here, by the way). It's tuned to be quite drifty, which helped me get around the slight turns efficiently on the highway without losing much speed. But it seems I was still somewhat lucky here, as I think someone crashed out behind me as they were exiting the highway through the final loops. Plus, I kinda had to hope that the AI wouldn't slam me at all.
Based on what I've seen through my attempts, I agree that this is a difficulty spike that should probably be addressed.
I'm really struggling on this race. I've used multiple maxed out cars to no avail. I haven't been lucky enough to have the A.I. hit anything so Amy takes off and can't be caught. I hope they patch this sooner than later but with a lack of communication from Ghost, it seems like they're making the choice to ignore some of the glaring issues that persist in this game at release.
