Rainbow nitrous

I cannot find Rainbow nitrous in my garage. I got the Deluxe plate, speedcross but not the nos.

you don't get rainbow nitrous with the Deluxe Edition, you will get Platinum Blue Nos which sadly is just blue nos with a different name unlike neon which is different.

if you want to have rainbow nitrous you have to open crates to get them.
