Is your Xbox Live Gold + subscription still access? Are you perhaps trying to play a shared EA Access game? If so, you need to have EA Access on your own profile to continue playing.
Please also try powering down the console (remove from power socket) for about two minutes and then restarting.

I think the sharing function has been removed - each player now needs to own their own copy.

Are you sharing it via EA Access? Each person needs their own license for that to work.
For any multiplayer functions in Need for Speed you also need a Live Gold subscription.

I'm sharing it via Xbox Share. I got the digital version of battlefiel 4. So both the users should be able yo play the game.
- Anonymous9 years agoI also got the same problem. I only got xbox live gold. Not ea. Is it still possible to play the games like battlefield hardline?
- Anonymous9 years agoif you downloaded thw game via ea access and now your license is expired that normal you can not play
- Anonymous8 years agoI'm having the same problem, it crashes and gives me that error code about subscriptions. I purchased the Battlefield 4 disc for xbox one. Then received a months free trial to ea access for the B1. When the free trial expired it no longer let me play B4. I've had it working once in about a year. I have tried the hard reset etc.
- I have the game installed from my disc which is in the console and it still doesnt work.
