No, you can't change camera view and steering sensativity in No Limits.

Although, there is a way to change the steering settings in No Limits. There are three steering options to choose from:

1. Tap to steer

2. Tilt to steer

3. Slide to steer

For me, I chose tilt to steer as that's the closest to driving a car in real life. 😛

Hey REALJONY,thanks for the answer. But I don't have to like it. No adjusting the view doesn't make sense to me. I prefer looking out over the hood,more real then flying behind with some out of body experience, watching your car race in front of you. Total joke.
