I've moved your post over to the NFS Heat boards.
The save data for NFS Heat is stored locally to your PC, unfortunately if the progress has been reset or lost, we'd have no way of restoring this progress or save data on our side for you.
That is interesting, considering the only reason it resets our data is due to the Origin Cloud saying the save is invalid and then it overwrites our local save game data. So it seems like a EA / Origin issue, not an US issue.
So that's a big terrible bug, how you pretend that we play this game with those bugs? In my case I can't get out of the game because lost my progress and start again in the beginning, very bad work from EA, very bad for your answer to this issue. That work from QA team, ufff was very very bad.
@EA_Solaire That's a lie. Even if it is technically true, some synchronization process ends up erasing your money/progress and EA support keep pushing this back for years as it seems.
I hope all affected people will stop supporting EA and boycott the next games.

its so true ea its the worst game company they just dont care about playears even forza that have like 2 or 3 games are better and more realistic than nfs that have like 15 games nad alredy exist for sutch longer time * ea trash company
can i restore my saved game on nfs heat pc, i played around 50+ hours can all empty like EMPTY

when has EA ever cared about its customers. btw i dont think theres a way to restore progress so i wouldnt spend to long trying too. This is the reason i dont get new EA games anymore they always end up being *.
