I was also banned without reason in NFS Heat. Joined my first crew invite then I was banned the next day. Pretty sure they mass reported me. 209 hours played no issues.. maybe it’s my username. Would...

    Hi @Osamabeenlagin, 

    I'm sorry but we won't know why you were banned from the forums. Can you take a look through your emails? Terms of Service aim to send out an email stating the reason for the ban. It's possible that went to your spam/junk folders. If you're using gmail, it might be under the Promotions tab.

Banned from the forums or the game? If I'm already banned from the forums my username is for sure the issue. What I'm asking is would I get a warning first for my username or just a flat-out ban?

EA stands behind my ban in NFS Head due to Violence and tragic events in a car racing game with no chat options besides the pre-made chat options. Total BS. My cars are single color so I know it wasn't a car wrap.

209 hours played not one issue. I get my first party invite and was banned the next day. Makes no sense. 

I have record track times in the game. I'm positive I was mass reported by a crew who couldn't beat my times.
