@hrjohn You are totally correct, thank you for flagging it. I made an error in checking our "shut down" games list, and MW2012 got conflated with the older title. 

Checking now, MW 2012 has players active and online right now. I just popped in and was able to get into a game without issue, too. 

@GaIlivanter Are you able to connect in any other EA games? If you restart with a Clean Boot does that have any impact? Also, if you add the game & Origin to your security software's whitelists/exceptions that may help too.
