@TenDe3p are you running it on an laptop with a IGPU?

You might need to choose your proper gpu to get it to work

XXX\Documents\Need for Speed Heat\settings is where the PROFILEOPTIONS_profile

should go

try this (rename to remove the extension .txt when placing it there)


and change the lines

GstRender.ResolutionHeight 1080
GstRender.ResolutionScale 1.000000
GstRender.ResolutionWidth 1920 

if needed using notepad or something


And open windows defender and see if there is something along the lines of protected folder blah blah, it might just be it preventing a proper save/load
