Yes I am a PC user this is an issue that affects every1 i hope you try that yourself
Alright I was just wondering if you have installed the PC Patch - PC patch is automatically installed with Origin.
In the game menu please click on Settings - Account Management - Privacy settings - Allow my friends list to be used for friend suggestions and Accept.
I already did that even right click repair install nothing worked
