Yeah I’m rep level 50. Already done all the story stuff. What do you mean by start a new save?

Until they fix it.  The Black Market event requires doing part of the story to trigger the event; it won't trigger otherwise, even if your at rep lv 50.

If you have completed all of the story, you may have to delete your current save and start a new game.  If you're on PC, you can make a back-up of your current save.

Edit:  Nevermind backing up your save, you're on Xbox.  You'll have to wait on a fix or start a new game.

No prob and I'm sure that there will be an eventual fix.

What is the second race of the story?

I had been postponing playing the story with my new save, so i initially didn't receive the message about the Black Market. After much YouTube checking and trial and error, I figured out the trigger for said event.

I know it’s so annoying I tried to pick it up on my PS4 but I couldn’t

September 2022 still got the same f*cking problem too. But, kinda different, cause i already been driving the F1, I was even able to complete part of the BM challenges to improve it,

until i change playing in UNITE mod to play the original game w/ mods
Long story short, EA SUCKS DUDEEEE 

Even in 2022 there is still no fix for the issue
