As for the issue with stuff resetting, it might be caused by connection issues as I have seen that happen before. Please make sure you check all steps from our troubleshooting guide:

Report back to me if that solves your issue or if you have further questions. Should you still run into further issues, I can get this investigated.

    I've already been sent to those links already from EA Support and it does nothing to solve my problem. I downloaded everything that is needed. It's not like I never had the content to begin with. Everything work fine the first couple days playing the game. I had the BMW in my garage, I tuned it and all. It's the fact now that the game isn't recognizing that I have the Deluxe Edition so I don't get the 10% off like I should be and all my parts are gone. I can not access the parts I found or unlocked at all. The only cars that are getting reset are the 2 cars I started out with which were the Subaru BRZ Premium and the BMW M3 E46. How is it my system is at fault when in order to play the game you have to log onto the Need For Speed Network? The only 2 options I have now are either restarting the game over from the beginning or sell the game.

    @edstewart23,

    Are you sure you tried these steps:

    • Select [PlayStation™Network/Account Management] > [Activate as Your Primary PS4] > [Activate]
    • Select [PlayStation™Network/Account Management] > [Restore Licenses]
    • Reboot your console

    The above steps are aimed at solving the exact issue you are experiencing. If that does not help, I will have to raise this issue for you to have it investigated further.

    Yes I have set this as my primary PS4, the license was restored and I've rebooted my PS4 and router multiple times.

    everything is fixed now. I logged on the other day and everything was there.

    I understand this is an old thread but this is happening to me as well. I have tried all of the steps recommended above to no avail. Anything else i can try to get this resolved? Any help is appreciated.
