its related to what region is the cd and what region is your ps store account.
let say you cd is from europe and the your account is US dlc's fro us store wont be able to install on your cd...
this is what i had after i figured it out.
i bought the game from base.com(its sell EU game only) and my account is US , when i try to download the deluxe edtion its says "game not found".
so i had to buy the game again from the store and download the dlc.
either you open a new account that same region as your cd
or you buy the game again from you exsiting account and download their the dlc
both ways you have to start the all over again.
SAME FOR XBOX.
