Im Still in Singapore, so IDK the problem. IF you could find anything to help. Because I bought the PS4 here, and I bought NFS Rivals here in Singapore.l It still wont download, so if anybody could help, then that would be great.

Alright, then try the following suggestions:
- Restore Licenses
If you become unable to start content you downloaded from PlayStation®Store or become unable to use add-on content, this might fix the problem.
Select [PSNSM] > [Restore Licenses].
- Activate Primary PS4
Setting your PlayStation® 4 as your Primary system
- Restore Licenses
Alright then maybe it's due to the PSN ID itself then, the PSN ID has to be created in the same region too.
If you try to play online in a different region from your game disc, your PlayStation Network ID, your DLC code and/or purchased online content you may encounter issues.If the region codes of all of these do not match, then the user is unable to play online or access the online content purchased from a different region.
