I ask my brother to install NFS on his ps4, and hes getting same error? How come? 1.04 cannot install. Theres something wrong with this update, or servers.... Could this be a server issue? I live in south america.

From what I can find on this error, it means: the data you are trying to download contains corrupted files. To resolve that, just make sure that all game and download data was completely deleted.
If you are running into the same issue on multiple networks and consoles, the only option you have left is to either get a replacement download or have your account checked for any errors. The issue here might also be related to your disc and download data not being from the same region. While games are not region locked on the PS4, DLC is. Please verify this with Sony as well to see if that holds true for your account.
