i wouldve imagined that before releasing the actual game all these issues would be sorted out beforehand. 

Lets hope that at least they do address them and update us with a fix soon!!! EA please do take note.....

I am also in this case and I would like to see when a patch will be made available to players because this problem is extremely annoying when you have a TV of 2 meters diagonal. 

Especially since this problem is reported for months ...

I noticed that when you are driving a car, always one half of the screen is displayed in a smaller resolution. When standing on the spot, sometimes displays a full 4k. But, under unknown circumstances, even standing still, the game decides to display half the screen in a smaller resolution. It does not matter, in the garage, or in the open world, on walking or standing. If you minimize the game, a little stay in the console's menu, and back to the game, the game back decides to display the full 4k if you stand still, whether it's a garage, an open world. But, it's worth starting to move, the game immediately displays half the screen in a smaller resolution, if you stop, shows the full 4k. I repeat that if the game even standing still shows incorrectly half of the screen, then turning and unfolding the game, this problem disappears, but only standing still.

I hope this will help you somehow in solving the problem, if you certainly did not close your eyes to it. But, judging by how long it took after you were notified of the problem, and until now no explanations or decisions, it seems to me that you do not care about the problem. And this is a real problem, people after this do not want to go into the game.

This attitude is frustrating. You could at least inform that the problem will not be solved and we need to put up with it, and not just keep silent about it.
