Many of us have lots of cars in our garages we cannot upgrade.
And even when they run the replays for SE BP's the winning rate of BP's is SOOOOOOOOOOO low that I'm convinced it's rigged. Unless EA have discovered a new/unknown dimension for the term RANDOM.

Hi, are you sure? After the last update it seems that blueprints have a greater percentage than the past, so it's easier to have them.

Unfortunately, it does so with all the "Premium" cars coming from the events.

Yes, it's a bit better, but still far far from random.
I'm actually noting down for myself the win rate of the current replay of the Nissan BNR34. So far it does not appear to be random at all. :-(

BP winning ratio is definitely better.
