@SaitoLife do you have an SSD that you could add the game on and see if that helps, also how much ram do you have?

@EA_Atic Hey, I know this thread is from 2 years ago (I try to avoid duplicates), but I have the same issue, as seen on picture.
Platform : PC
Config : I7 9750-H, GTX 1650, 32Gb of RAM, Samsung 870 QVO SSD
In game options : High preset settings, 1080p (already tried on low settings, same issue)
What I already tried :
- Disable Origin in game
- Tweak in the Nvidia control panel with the method seen in this video from FixTechGaming
- Repair the game via Origin
- Clean install of the game
