This issue has occured to me since the trial: My Origin account is German, but Origin itself and Need for Speed are set to English in the Origin options.
The game is still in German.

To change the game language you can right-click Need for Speed from within Origin and select Game Properties.
Note that Russian and Polish versions of the game won't be able to change to English and vice versa.
